Apart from leveraging our expertise and resources to provide exemplary clinical service, HKMC is keenly aware of our corporate social responsibility in helping the disadvantaged. We contribute to nurture a caring society through supporting community and charitable programmes, as opposed to solely donating money to charity. Recently, we have placed a donation box for Impact HK at HKMC I, to help them raise funds and promote their mission.
Impact HK is a charitable NGO, striving to support the homeless in Hong Kong with kindness and empower them for change. Apart from reaching out to the homeless in six locations across Hong Kong by distributing food and necessities, Impact HK also runs a day centre in Tai Kok Tsui, Guestroom. The Guestroom fosters a sense of pride in the local homeless community and helps their rehabilitation by offering guidance, advice and counselling, so as to equip the homeless with the skills to successfully integrate into the community.
