Hong Kong Medical Consultants’ (HKMC) COVID-19 Telemedicine Service provides complete remote medical care - comprising of a tele-consultation with a Medical Specialist through our state of the art telemedicine studio.

We are able to provide a drug delivery service to patients who cannot manage to collect their medications in person.

We are currently offering two different COVID-19 specific anti-viral medications.

Procedures

1. Call or WhatsApp for enquiry and booking.

2. You will receive a “Patients'-Pack” via WhatsApp or email. This includes appointment details, payment details and a consent form. Confirmation of appointment will be sent to you upon successful receipt of payment and consent form.

3. Our nurse will call to brief you on the telemedicine arrangement shortly before your consultation time.

4. Attend the video consultation with our Doctor / Allied Health Professionals.

5. After consultation, our nurse will contact you on collection and payment of medication if appropriate.

6. Pay and collect the prescribed medication in person or via authorized personnel*.

*For patients who cannot collect medicine themselves or by an authorized representative, drug delivery service is available upon request.

Remarks

• Patients are required to settle the consultation fee at least one day before appointment.
• Insurance, direct billing claim or health voucher may not be applicable for telemedicine service. Please check with your insurance provider.
• Patient can only reschedule the appointment once after payment is made. An administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for appointment cancellation.
• All terms and conditions apply.  It is also subject to HKMC's final decision if a patient is suitable for telemedicine consultation.
• Medication delivery service will be provided by an independent 3rd party upon patient's request and will be charged separately at HK$200 per delivery.
• HKMC reserves the final rights and decisions on telemedicine service.
