Telemedicine Service

Telemedicine allows for remote diagnosis and treatment of patients by means of telecommunication technology.

This allows for our medical specialists at Hong Kong Medical Consultants to use our state-of-the-art dedicated telemedicine studio to conduct a teleconsultation in a professional and confidential environment.

Teleconsultations are held through video calls, allowing the doctor to see the patient’s condition in real time. During the consultation, the doctor will ask in detail about the patients’ medical history. After the consultation, our doctors may decide to prescribe medicine to the patient. If necessary, our drug delivery service can be arranged so that patients can receive complete medical care without leaving their homes.
